We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from goldheelsshop.com. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return Your Items:
- Log in to your account at goldheelsshop.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Pack your return securely, including the original order confirmation.
- Ship your return back to us using a tracked delivery service.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Footwear must be tried on indoors on a clean surface.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
